These Terms apply to the Site only. Yaana's compliance infrastructure products and managed services are provided under separate written agreements with customers. Nothing in these Terms grants any licence or right to use Yaana's products or services.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or otherwise exploit any content on the Site without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YAANA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF YAANA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL YAANA'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100).
